Every one of our salumi is handmade using high-quality pork from Danish Duroc pigs, raised freely in Denmark. All the meat we use is 100% Danish, carefully selected to ensure purity and flavor.
We use only natural ingredients – with no unnecessary additives – and allow each product to mature slowly over 3 to 6 months.
All our products are made with Danish ingredients, including natural casings of Danish origin. Each salume is crafted with care and precision, following traditional Italian methods.
We are a small, passionate business, which allows us to focus on every detail and maintain the highest level of quality in everything we produce. Our goal is to bring the authentic taste of Italy to Denmark – created with respect for both craftsmanship and local ingredients.
