After 15 years of experience in Italy and inspired by my grandfather’s passion, I brought traditional salami-making techniques to Copenhagen.

 

We use carefully selected premium Danish pork combined with authentic Italian recipes passed down through generations. Each salami is handmade with care and slowly aged for 3 to 6 months, creating a unique flavor that blends Italian heritage with Nordic quality.
